Personalised 1-2-1 Training and Nutrition Coaching (3 months)
Following an application questionnaire, I will work with you for 12 weeks, giving you the highest level of support and guidance to get you to your fitness goal. A bespoke training based on your goals, time allowances and exercise preferences goes without saying, and from there you receive a complete breakdown of your calorie and macro targets for a minimum of 12 weeks, as well as weekly tips and education on how to eat more flexibly and mindfully - giving you the knowledge to tailor your nutrition for the rest of your life.
Once approved, your coaching subscription is billed in 12-week blocks. The minimum period to work with me is 12 weeks, as this is a sustainable timeframe to either build muscle, lose weight and for you to learn everything you need to be able to train and eat without me long after our time together.
