Work with me

  • FREE Personalised Training and nutrition call

A 30-minute call dedicated to your nutrition and training, helping you make sense of where you are with your goal. Use this call to:

    - Learn how to adjust your calorie and macro targets.

    - Get to know me and my ethos before hiring me as your coach.

    - Ask any questions about training and nutrition that are potentially holding you back.

  • 1-2-1 online coaching

Following your application, you will receive a bespoke training plan based on your goals, time allowances and exercise preferences, as well as a complete breakdown of your calorie and macro targets, and an education on how to eat more flexibly and mindfully - giving you the knowledge to tailor your nutrition for the rest of your life.

The cost of coaching is between £500 and £700 per month, depending on the package.

For every coaching application, I’ll ask you to complete a short survey about yourself, your goals and how I work.

This will help me understand what you hope to achieve, the reasons behind your target, current and past training history, your current knowledge of nutrition, and what hiring me as your coach will look like on a week-to-week basis.

It’s an important part of the process, as we’ll both be able to see if I am the right fitness coach for you. I tend to work with intermediate and experienced lifters: men and women who train consistently, have struggled to hit their target in the past and are ready to make the difference.

Eligibility requirements for 1-2-1 coaching:

  • You should be experienced in the gym.

  • Have access to free weights at a minimum.

  • Keep a log of your training stats, calorie and macro intake and body measurements.

  • To only send emails and messages via laptop or tablet, and never by phone. A previous coach stipulated this from me as a client and it ensured that I gave the stats, details and conversation a lot more dedication than I would have done by phone.

  • Be willing to go into detail over email rather than conversational messages on WhatsApp. This is to ensure accuracy when sharing your stats on spreadsheets.

  • To notify me of any injuries prior to starting and any that occur whilst on the training programme.

  • You are not a vegetarian or vegan. I have nothing against vegetarians or vegans, but my experience is with meat/fish-eating clients and ensures that my clients get enough quality, complete protein with a full amino acid profile.

  • To ensure that within your macronutrients, you’re also getting enough fibre, micronutrients and not omitting fruit and vegetables from your diet. I can help with recommendations for both a fat loss or muscle gaining phase. Whilst I encourage flexible eating and food choices, I don’t encourage a wholly unnatural, unbalanced diet.
